North Highlands Jubilee

The North Highlands Jubilee is a FREE community festival held at Freedom Park next to the Aerospace Museum of California. This Festival brings together the entire North Highlands community to celebrate all the neighborhood has to offer. The festival is community-run by a volunteer steering committee who design and help run the festival.
Once you enter the world of the Jubilee, you will see, hear, and experience a truly one of a kind event. Get ready for a fun family day with a variety of activities, goodies and community resources for everyone. Bounce houses, performances, games, great food from local vendors and live music! There's something for everybody!
